9NextGen short: Explination

"I never could understand love…" SN told as she stared to H1N1. 25 hummed hearing her mumble. "what's wrong now??"
"Don't you see? There's no point. My own boyfriend left. All he wanted to do with me is soulbond and then dump me in the corner."
"What happened to him?" 25 asked with a cocked eyebrow. SN held herself slowly and looked to her feet. "I saw him last in the frozen tundra of the south. Then…he never was heard from again."
"why don't you try to get with any of the men here?"
"All are too normal for my tastes." She looked up to the leader, "But I am glad I have you as a friend. You love me more than my boyfriend ever did."
Being that she was foreign, 25 just stared at her for a bit. The girl smirked and hugged her. 25 was a bit caught off guard and gripped her close. There were a few wires below the leader's huge feet and when SN leapt into her arms, 25 was left in their mercy. Unfortunately she could not stand up and both fell.
SN bit her lip in pain, her foot becoming twisted as they fell. 24 heard the commotion and stepped into the room, his cheeks flaring with heat. Both girls were giving tiny noises in the pain of falling. He blinked once and 25 yipped, "24! Sweetie it's not like that!!"
SN hummed as she stood up. "what? It was just an innocent hug…that's all."
